About the Role We're looking for a Director of Growth Marketing who is unapologetically pipeline-obsessed and built to scale revenue engines, not just activities. This role owns digital-driven pipeline generation across Enterprise and Commercial/Volume segments in the Americas. You will define the growth strategy, lead a high-performance team, and build predictable, demand engines that directly influence revenue outcomes. You are equal parts strategist, operator, and performance leader. You think in funnel math. You forecast pipeline like a CFO. You use AI and automation as force multipliers. And you build systems that scale. If you treat experimentation like a competitive sport and hold yourself accountable to revenue targets, you'll thrive here. What You'll Own Pipeline & Revenue Accountability
If you're the kind of leader who builds growth engines that compound not campaigns that fade we want to meet you. #LI-Remote #LI-JW1 What you'll get
