About the Role As the Director of Product Marketing, you will be the chief architect of CaptivateIQ's market presence and execution strategy during a pivotal transition from a single-product flagship to a multi-product portfolio. This role owns how we show up in the market and how effectively we execute within it, serving as a critical leadership hire and the driving force behind our GTM strategy during a significant growth phase. You will lead and mentor a high-performing team of five spanning Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Customer Advocacy, maintaining a true player-coach mentality that allows you to partner with executive leadership on high-level positioning while staying deep in the tactical weeds of execution. By operating at both a strategic and tactical level, you will ensure the field has the tools, training, and proof points they need to drive pipeline, win deals, and expand accounts. This is an opportunity for broad ownership beyond standard product marketing, designed for a leader who wants to bridge the gap between vision and field success.
