Description We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Marketing Officer to lead and evolve a high-impact marketing function within a mission-driven organization focused on improving outcomes for educators, schools, and students. This role is responsible for driving inbound demand, strengthening brand presence, and building integrated marketing campaigns that support long-term growth and impact. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in inbound marketing, a strong command of HubSpot, and a proven ability to develop and lead high-performing marketing teams. This leader will partner closely with executive leadership, sales, and program teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with organizational goals and values. Key Responsibilities Set and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports organizational growth, revenue goals, and mission impact Lead and scale inbound marketing efforts across content, email, digital, events, and lifecycle marketing Design, implement, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified demand Serve as the organization's HubSpot expert, overseeing CRM strategy, automation, reporting, and data integrity Translate data and performance insights into actionable recommendations and continuous improvement Build, mentor, and supervise a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth Partner cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and program teams to align messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels, rooted in the organization's educational mission and values Skills marketing campaign, Marketing strategy, Digital marketing, Marketing communications, Product marketing, Marketing administrative, Email marketing, Project coordination, leadership development, management skills Top Skills Details marketing campaign,Marketing strategy,Digital marketing,Marketing communications Additional Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a marketing team with a strong emphasis on inbound marketing Demonstrated success building and executing effective, integrated marketing campaigns Deep knowledge of HubSpot, including active certifications and hands-on platform leadership Proven ability to develop, coach, and manage marketing professionals across multiple disciplines Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and performance optimization Experience within education, nonprofit, SaaS, or mission-driven organizations strongly preferred Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level What You'll Bring A balance of strategic vision and tactical execution A passion for purpose-driven work and measurable impact A collaborative leadership style that builds trust and momentum The ability to scale systems, processes, and people as the organization grows Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Turners Falls, MA.
