GE HealthCare is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing Transformation & Analytics to lead the evolution of our marketing and sales technology ecosystem and our marketing analytics capability across the US and Canada. This role owns the MarTech and marketing data strategy end to end - from platform selection and optimization to advanced measurement and executive-level business cases. The role partners closely with IT, Finance, Sales, and Regional and Global Marketing teams, and plays a critical role in shaping enterprise MarTech and analytics strategy. USCAN initiatives frequently serve as the blueprint for broader global adoption. This leader combines deep technical and analytical expertise with strong business acumen and the ability to drive change across complex, matrixed organization. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
