The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the salary range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $125,000.00. Job Description The Director, Partner+ Marketing Co-Op (Listings Specialist) ensures the ongoing success of Cox Automotive OEM partners through the management of existing and new Listings Co-Op revenue. The position will be working with OEMs to identify new Co-Op opportunities, listing syndication, endorsements, and other strategic listing opportunities or partnerships with OEMs driving revenue growth. This is a remote position, with a preference towards centrally located candidates. In addition, the role will be tasked with maintaining and protecting the current Co-Op revenue for their assigned accounts ensuring the success of dealer listing products and T1 OEM listing partnerships. The individual in the role must excel at building valuable relationships at all levels of large client organizations and have a deep understanding of the Kelley Blue Book and Autotrader platforms. They must be able to proactively navigate a large, matrixed internal organization to help accomplish their assigned goals. These partnerships and sales are based on the development and growth of multi-level relationships at the OEM. High visibility and credibility for Cox Automotive within the automotive communities must be developed and maintained through ongoing participation, leadership, and contribution to the marketplace. This role is responsible for account oversight and direction, client relationship management, and is the single escalation point for all listing needs with our Cox Automotive clients. Primary responsibilities includes, 1) Understand the current product set and market to create Exclusive or Preferred packages for our OEM partners; 2) Scale new packages and product opportunities outside of current OEM's that have an established Co-Op program; 3) Evaluate broader Cox Automotive opportunities listing opportunities including capability syndication or T1 website integrations.
