About Your Role As our Head of Marketing & Revenue, you'll be responsible for growing the company lead pipeline through strategic marketing efforts and tracking marketing ROI. You will work to design, implement, and optimize marketing systems that generate inbound leads, support listing conversion, and increase company GCI with input and collaboration from the Leadership and Sales teams. Marketing goals and efforts should align with Sales metrics and ROI should be tracked heavily to ensure low cost-per-lead and a healthy flow of marketing generated GCI. This role should lead integration of new marketing strategy and technology, especially utilizing AI to its highest ability within the department. Implementation of AI and automation to reduce manual labor and increase marketing output by 3-5x without increasing costs. This role is expected to be result and solution driven, with efficiency as a high priority, and to implement ideas quickly and effectively, both company wide and through giving agents skills essential to individual and thus eventual company success. What You'll Do • Oversight and Ownership of the entirety of the marketing department • Build seller, buyer, relocation, referral, luxury, commercial, property management and development funnels • Implement and track ROI dashboards • Own cost per lead and marketing-generated GCI • Lead AI integration strategy for department and individual/independent agent marketing • Create an annual Marketing Plan and Strategy with breakdowns for quarterly and monthly campaigns by department within marketing • Assisting with Agent continuing education for independent marketing skills • Overseeing execution of events by event assistant and gaging lead and past client engagement results from client forward events • Assisting Head of Business with marketing budget setting, tracking and working within provided budgets, and owning ROI on marketing expenditures • Meet weekly with Head of Business Operations and Sales weekly to report efforts and problem solve workflow bottlenecks and other issues • SOP modernization to AI-driven • Automation building • Ad performance Optimization • Landing page A/B testing • Funnel tracking dashboards • Lead attribution tracking • UTM tracking • CallRail • Dashboard review • Other duties as assigned What You'll Need to Get the Job Done • Bachelors degree (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred) • 5+ years of experience on a marketing team, 2+ of those years in a leadership role • Strong social media skills and awareness of social media trends • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong skills in digital marketing tools and platforms • Strong skills in AI and adaptive marketing strategies for emerging technologies • Project management skills • Working knowledge of office equipment • Google Suite proficiency • Smart phone access & proficiency with text messaging • Capable of handling confidential information with professionalism • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines What Will Make Us Really Love You • Experience with graphic design or Canva • Google Analytics experience • SEO knowledge • CRM experience • Real Estate background • Multilingual (English/Spanish) Relevant Metrics • Marketing Leads Generated • Cost per Lead • Cost per appointment • Marketing-attributed pendings • Marketing-attributed closings • ROI by campaign • YouTube watch time growth • Social Media Platform growth • Database reactivation numbers • Marketing-influenced listing appointments • Database reactivation conversion rate • Seller funnel conversion rate • Ad spend efficiency ratio • Others as assigned What You'll Love About Us Our company's mission, vision, and core values are rooted in integrity and guide every aspect of our organization, from how we serve our community to how we interact as a team.
