This role blends the discipline of execution with modern marketing capability. While the vision, positioning, and strategic direction for branding and marketing are established by the Executive Leadership Team, this leader is responsible for architecting and executing the marketing function that delivers measurable business impact.
This is not a purely visionary role. Success in this position requires a leader who can translate strategy into action, bring structure where there has been inconsistency, and operate as the quarterback for all marketing activity. It involves owning workflow, prioritization, systems, accountability, and delivery across a complex, multi-brand organization.
NexCore has invested significantly in marketing assets, tools, and platforms over the past year. The VP of Marketing will be accountable for activating, scaling, and operationalizing those investments so they consistently support growth, brand awareness, lead generation, employer branding, and go-to-market execution.
