If you want to do the most impactful work of your career, this is where to do it. $250,000-$300,000 base salary + 50% quarterly performance bonus Full-time / Onsite (5 days/week) About The Role We are seeking an exceptional Head of Growth to spearhead our growth strategy and drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative growth tactics, optimizing our marketing funnel, and scaling our user base across multiple channels. This role reports directly to the COO and manages a team of growth marketers across channels including socials, search, tv, and more. What You'll Do

It's designed for deep work and casual collaboration The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $250,000 to $300,000, in addition to benefits and 50% quarterly performance bonus.
