Our Palm Beach Gardens facility supports strategic initiatives across sales, engineering, and manufacturing, delivering high-quality products to customers in the power, utility, and industrial sectors. Position Overview Meta Power Solutions is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead all marketing, demand generation, brand, and communications functions. This is an on-site role based at our West Palm Beach PGA office. The CMO will partner with the executive team to align marketing strategy with sales, product development, and manufacturing objectives, driving growth in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute a unified marketing strategy to accelerate revenue growth, strengthen brand awareness, and expand market share in electrical manufacturing, transformer production, and related sectors. • Lead demand generation programs across digital, content, events, and field marketing to generate high-quality pipeline for sales. • Define and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products and solutions, including SWB/SWG transformers and other electrical manufacturing offerings. • Oversee brand management, messaging, positioning, and corporate communications to ensure consistency across all channels. • Manage an existing marketing organization, including team development, budgeting, and performance measurement. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to ensure product-market fit and successful product launches. • Drive customer insights, market research, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and tactical plans. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for demand, brand health, lead quality, and revenue impact. • Manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring efficient allocation of marketing spend and ROI. • Champion customer experience initiatives, including case studies, testimonials, and reference programs. • Oversee events strategy (industry conferences, regional events, and customer engagements) with a focus on lead capture and ROI. Qualifications Required Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or senior marketing leader (5+ years at executive level preferred) with a track record of driving revenue growth in industrial, electrical manufacturing, transformer manufacturing, or related sectors. Demonstrated success in building and scaling B2B marketing organizations and demand generation programs. Strong strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and measurable results. Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations). Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership abilities. On-site availability and willingness to work at the West Palm Beach PGA office. Nice-to-Haves • Experience with Pardot (marketing automation) and Salesforce CRM (administration, analytics, and integration). • Electrical manufacturing experience, especially SWB/SWG transformer manufacturing or related components. • Background in electrical equipment supply chains or utility-grade products. • Familiarity with smart grid, or electrical infrastructure marketing trends. • Experience in managing international or multi-site programs. Preferred Experience Leadership in organizations serving utilities, EPCs, OEMs, or large industrial customers. Proven ability to translate technical product features into compelling value propositions for engineers, procurement professionals, and C-suite stakeholders. Track record of achieving measurable marketing ROI, including pipeline velocity and revenue impact. Education Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced marketing/technical degree preferred. Relevant certifications in marketing, digital marketing, or product marketing are a plus.
