About the role The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for leading and scaling Equip's full marketing ecosystem across patient & family, provider, and payor audiences - including creative, product marketing, integrated marketing, and growth and lifecycle marketing. The Vice President of Marketing will partner closely with Sales, Product, Clinical and Care Delivery to position Equip as a category-defining leader, aligning all marketing programs around a unified narrative that fuels patient acquisition, engagement, and retention. This person will be a strategic operator, bringing deep healthcare experience and a strong track record in both B2B and B2C marketing, to set the vision, develop and scale a high-performing team, and ensure marketing efforts translate into measurable, meaningful results. Physical Demands Work is performed 100% from home with regular travel required (up to 25%).
