About the Role The Marketing AI Enablement Lead is a newly created role responsible for turning AI strategy into coordinated, high-impact execution across Salesforce Marketing. This role sits at the center of prioritization, sequencing, communication, and rollout, ensuring AI capabilities are introduced in the right order, to the right audiences, with the clarity and support required to drive adoption and impact. You bring structure to complexity-translating a wide range of ideas, inputs, and initiatives into a focused, executable plan the organization can absorb and act on. Working in close partnership with the Marketing AI Capabilities Lead and cross-functional stakeholders, you ensure momentum is sustained from idea to launch to adoption. This role is about making AI land at scale-aligning teams, accelerating time to impact, and ensuring innovation shows up consistently across Marketing.
