Fraud, impersonation, and synthetic attacks are no longer edge cases-they are becoming the default mode of abuse online. Outtake Security exists to restore trust. Outtake is building the world's largest fleet of AI security agents, a distributed, always-on security layer for the internet. These trusted, friendly bots continuously patrol the digital world to expose AI-driven attacks, dismantle them, and verify authenticity in real time. Together, they form a living defense system that protects organizations, brands, and users from fraud, impersonation, and abuse, at internet scale. Our mission is ambitious: to bring harmony back to the internet, humanity's greatest creation, by ensuring it remains safe, trusted, and authentic in the age of AI. We are defining a new category of security. Growth, and pipeline is how that category wins. Role Overview The Head of Growth Marketing is responsible for driving marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline-the lifeblood of Outtake's business. This leader owns the strategy and execution of all growth programs that turn market interest into qualified pipeline and revenue. You will design, run, and optimize Outtake's full demand engine-across field marketing, strategic events, digital channels, campaigns, partners, and marketing operations. This is a data-driven, execution-heavy leadership role for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, partners tightly with Sales, and measures success in pipeline, conversion, and revenue impact.
