About the Role: We're looking for a Head of US Marketing, Diagnosis on the Marketing team to help us expand what's possible for patients with serious diseases. Reporting to the Global Head, Brinsupri you'll be accountable for defining and driving U.S. market expansion strategies across the Respiratory portfolio. In addition to strategy ownership, this role is accountable for building, scaling, and leading a market development organization over time, including defining future capabilities, talent needs, and operating models as the business and portfolio evolve. This role plays a critical leadership position in advancing Insmed's enterprise growth strategy, identifying and activating high-impact opportunities that expand the diagnosed and treated patient populations to strengthen the long-term value of the portfolio. What You'll Do: In this role, the Head of US Marketing will set the strategic vision, define where Insmed should invest to unlock sustainable growth through accelerated diagnosis, and mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver impact over both the near and long term. Who You Are: You have a Bachelors Degree along with a minimum years of experience 12-15 years years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing, progressive experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, including 10+ years in HCP or market access marketing roles You are or you also have:
Where You'll Work This is a hybrid role based out of our Bridgewater NJ office. You'll have the option to work remotely most of the time, with in-person collaboration when it matters most. Or remote.
