Summary of the Role
Channel marketing plays a strategic role for the firm by driving marketing campaigns that help execute our goals. This function helps align client needs and business priorities to the development and delivery of marketing plans, activities, and resources. This role will oversee all channels and will be primarily responsible for Wirehouses, Broker Dealers and Independents, which currently represent the largest asset footprint and are expected to be the fastest growing for Calamos Investments. The SVP, Director of Channel Marketing has the unique opportunity to develop and execute forward-thinking, influential marketing plans to address client needs and drive product adoption by financial advisors and professional buyers across all channels. Channel specifics include Wirehouses, Broker Dealers, Independents, Registered Investment Advisors, Wealth Management and Institutional. Finally, this role also serves as a strategic partner to our sales and key accounts teams, providing tools and resources that enable their successes. Primary Responsibilities Strategic Leadership

Compensation Disclosure The compensation for this role takes into account various factors, including work location, individual skill set, relevant experience, and other business needs. The estimated base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Please note that this is the current estimate of the base salary range intended for this role at the time of posting. The base salary range may be adjusted in the future.
