The Head of Marketing, Multiple Sclerosis, US Neurology will be the founding US commercial leader for frexalimab, a late-stage (Phase 3) neurology asset in Multiple Sclerosis, with anticipated launch in Q4 2028. This individual will be the first US dedicated commercial hire for the asset and will play a pivotal role in shaping the future US brand from the ground up. This role is accountable for building a deep understanding of the US MS market, defining the US value story for frexalimab, and designing the end-to-end go-to-market strategy in close partnership with the Global Brand Team and cross-functional US stakeholders. The Head of Marketing will operate as a strategic architect and integrator, laying the commercial foundation that will enable a successful launch and long-term brand growth. This position requires comfort with ambiguity, strong strategic judgment, and the ability to lead without formal authority in a highly matrixed, pre-launch environment.
