Overview
We are looking for a highly execution-driven
Head of B2C Marketing to operationalize and deliver marketing initiatives across all markets and product lines. This role is focused on implementing approved strategies with precision, discipline, and measurable impact.
This is not a strategy-definition role - it is a high-performance execution role. The ideal candidate thrives in structured environments, understands performance marketing deeply, and ensures that acquisition, brand, bonus, and CRM initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Your mission is to grow the active customer base, improve retention, and maximize LTV through disciplined performance tracking and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Execution & Operational Discipline
- Translate executive direction into structured quarterly and monthly marketing plans.
- Execute acquisition, retention, and brand initiatives aligned with company growth targets.
- Own campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination (BI, Product, Compliance, CRM, Social, Bonus team).
- Ensure smooth campaign launches and proper documentation of all initiatives.
Performance Marketing & Acquisition
- Lead execution across paid digital channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Affiliates, CTV, Programmatic, etc.).
- Monitor and optimize CPA, CAC, ARPU, LTV, and payback performance.
- Implement structured A/B testing frameworks for creatives, offers, and landing pages.
- Work closely with BI to ensure accurate attribution and full-funnel visibility.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
CRM, Bonuses & Retention Support
- Support the Bonus and CRM teams in executing retention and promotional strategies defined by leadership.
- Track performance of lifecycle campaigns (FTD conversion, reactivation, churn prevention, VIP progression).
- Ensure promotional offers align with acquisition sources and profitability goals.
- Deliver reporting on bonus ROI, ARPU uplift, retention impact, and LTV contribution.
- Maintain disciplined follow-up to ensure execution matches strategic intent.
Brand & Campaign Management
- Execute brand campaigns in alignment with defined positioning and guidelines.
- Ensure consistency across paid media, landing pages, CRM, and social content.
- Support social media planning with performance insights and campaign structure.
- Coordinate with agencies and creative teams to deliver compliant, high-quality assets.
Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage relationships, scopes, and deliverables.
- Monitor budget pacing and optimize media efficiency.
- Support forecasting and ROI management initiatives.
Qualifications
- 7-12+ years of experience in B2C digital marketing with strong focus on performance acquisition.
- Experience in fintech, digital financial services, gambling, or other regulated digital industries preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CAC, LTV, attribution models, and funnel optimization.
- Experience supporting CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical capabilities required.
- Experience managing agencies and performance vendors.
- Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.
