About the Role Corporate Development is a critical driver of Iterative Health's (iH) long-term growth strategy. As transaction activity accelerates in 2026 and beyond, iH is expanding this function to deepen its presence across new therapeutic areas. As Director, Lead Generation - Cardiology, you will play a central role in expanding iH's cardiovascular footprint by originating and advancing strategic partnerships with independent cardiology-focused clinical research sites, site networks, and management services organizations (MSOs). This role sits at the front end of iH's M&A and partnership funnel and directly influences company-shaping growth decisions. You will report to the VP, Corporate Development and work closely with the iH Executive Team and functional leaders. This position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to materially shape iH's cardiovascular growth strategy. Responsibilities
