Position location - Austin, TX (In Office)
Role Overview The Head of Marketing will lead all marketing functions across Zinda Law Group. This role is responsible for driving strategic growth, managing a multidisciplinary marketing team, and building a high-performance demand engine that fuels firmwide expansion. The ideal candidate has proven experience in personal injury or professional services marketing, understands the nuances of intake-driven growth, and brings a sophisticated, analytics-first approach to brand-building, campaigns, attribution, and operational execution. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on capability. You will design the vision, set the roadmap, and ensure flawless execution in partnership with Attorneys, Intake, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
