Join leaders from Google, DoorDash, and YC to shape the future of logistics tech. ABOUT THE ROLE As Head of Product Marketing, you will define and own Pallet's market narrative. You will set the positioning for our AI platform and agents, determine how we win across segments (carriers, 3PLs, shippers), and build the foundation for a world-class product marketing function. This is a highly strategic leadership role reporting directly to executive leadership. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, and Growth to ensure we have sharp positioning, differentiated messaging, and disciplined go-to-market execution. You will start as a hands-on leader and build the PMM team over time. Success in this role means:

In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity, benefits, and growth opportunities. Final compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors, including experience, qualifications, and location.
