As Director, Shopper Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of shopper-first, omni-channel strategies that influence consumer behavior and accelerate sales across national and regional retailers (not limited to one account). You'll partner closely with Sales, Sales Strategy, Brand, and Operations-as well as key retail partners-to deliver high-impact programs across in-store, digital, and retailer media ecosystems. Pay Transparency The expected starting salary range for this role is $180,000 - $230,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs. SEASONED FOR SUCCESS:
