We are hiring a Senior Director of Growth Marketing to build and run the account-based marketing engine that powers our enterprise go-to-market strategy. You will own ABM, global campaigns, and digital marketing-connecting them into a unified system that establishes CXA as a recognized category, drives enterprise pipeline, and scales efficiently. This is a category-creation moment, and your work will directly shape how the market understands and adopts Customer Experience Automation. Pay Range (Base Pay): $200,000-$248,000 Other Types of Pay: Based on level and role the employee may be eligible for long term incentives in the form of equity and short term incentives of either bonus or commission.
