POSITION SUMMARY
The VP of Marketing is responsible for leading and executing the company's marketing strategy with a primary focus on creative services, email marketing, communications, and lead generation. This role is accountable for driving brand consistency, demand generation, and measurable pipeline growth while supporting company-wide growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on marketing leader with strong analytical capabilities, the ability to influence executive decision-making, and experience building and managing high-performing marketing teams. This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business priorities and revenue goals DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-year marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives, brand positioning, and revenue targets. • Lead and oversee all marketing functions, including:
• Own end-to-end lead generation strategy, including campaign planning, execution, performance measurement, and optimization. • Partner closely with Sales leadership to align marketing programs with pipeline goals, sales enablement needs, and customer acquisition strategies. • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, and communication channels. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI; provide clear reporting and insights to the executive team. • Lead the development and management of marketing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation. • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all customer touchpoints. • Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing materials, communications, promotional assets, and sales support content. • Track market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and identify opportunities. • Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing marketing team; establish clear goals, accountability, and performance standards. • Recommend and implement marketing processes, tools, and policies to improve efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness. • Serve as a senior marketing representative in executive discussions, planning sessions, and cross-functional initiatives. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred. • 8-12+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership of multi-channel marketing teams. • Proven experience leading creative, email marketing, communications, and lead generation functions. • Demonstrated success driving measurable pipeline growth and ROI through marketing initiatives. • Experience partnering closely with Sales and executive leadership teams. • Strong background in strategic planning with hands-on execution. CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS: • Strong proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot experience strongly preferred). • Experience developing executive-level reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics. • Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations. • Advanced presentation and communication skills with the ability to present confidently to executive audiences. • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, align, and motivate cross-functional teams. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Self-directed and capable of operating independently in a remote work environment. • Willingness to travel periodically to company facilities and key meetings (approximately 10-20%).
