The Role Ping is entering its next phase of growth at large enterprise revenue scale. We are seeking a visionary VP of Product & Solution Marketing to define market narratives, shape category leadership, and translate strategy into revenue impact.This is a market-defining role where you will act as the strategic headlights of the industry, staying ahead of dynamic shifts. You will partner closely with the CEO, Product, and Sales to identify high-leverage opportunities and ensure Ping leads in Identity, particularly as AI reshapes the landscape. What You Will Own 1. Team Builder: Develops high-performance PMM talent and implements repeatable frameworks across the entire lifecycle without slowing innovation Base Hiring Range: $194,686 - $275,000 + Bonus In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
