ROLE INTENT This is a Head of Media Execution role, not a "visionary creative director" and not a sales-style media grind. You are here to make the machine run, starting narrow, winning early, and compounding from there. The goal is not to do everything. The goal is to do the right few things exceptionally well, then layer. THE MISSION - WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS BOLT FARM TREEHOUSE is building a category-defining luxury hospitality brand rooted in nature, romance, and transformation. Media is a primary demand driver for property bookings and long-term brand equity. When media ships consistently, demand compounds. When it doesn't, nothing downstream works. This role exists to build and operate a focused, high-velocity media engine for BOLT FARM properties. The first mandate is precision, not scale. We will win one or two initiatives, one primary platform, and one clear outcome before expanding. Seth and Tori Bolt sit at the intersection of rigorous execution and soulful brand-building.
