The Head of Marketing Excellence and Marketing Communications is a strategic global leadership role responsible for elevating marketing performance, ensuring excellence in execution, and advancing the impact of communications across the organization. This leader will oversee global Marketing Communications for the Point of Care (POC) portfolio and spearhead the Marketing Excellence function-driving standards, capability building, digital campaign optimization, and operational rigor across regions. This role also serves as the enterprise lead for Voice of Customer (VoC) insights, Speaker Programs, Advisory Boards, and Marketing Planning, ensuring a consistent and compliant approach to external engagement. Additionally, this leader will coordinate country-level communications, ensuring global alignment, regional relevance, and message consistency. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership

The base pay range for this position is: $165,490 - $227,546 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
