What You Will Achieve As the Director of Vaccines Portfolio Marketing External Engagement, you will report to Portfolio Marketing External Engagement Lead. You will pull through the portfolio external engagement strategy by delivering a marketing plan that delivers needed belief and behavior changes to support increased immunization rates. You will be a key member of a team of marketers focused on marketing strategies, campaigns, and tactics that deliver breakthrough impact changing beliefs and behaviors that maximizes the Pfizer value proposition to customers and grows immunization rates in line with CDC/ACIP guidelines and brand strategies. You will participate in high performing cross-functional team with internal partners (Brand Teams, Field Teams, Medical, Retail & Access, Legal, Regulatory, Digital/Tech, Training, Marketing CoE) and leverage key external partners to maximize budget/resources driving best-in-class strategies and execution while measuring performance and driving continuous improvement in the strategies/execution. Scope and impact This work will have broad scope and impact working across every Pfizer brand/asset, all key customer segments, with the scale to deliver meaningful change in the external market which accelerates business objectives. Work Location Assignment: On Premise LAST DAY TO APPLY: 03/23/2026 The annual base salary for this position ranges from $162,900.00 to $271,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
