The Role We are seeking a strategic and highly collaborative Senior Director, Global Channel Marketing Programs to help scale and operationalize Proofpoint's global channel growth strategy. Reporting to the SVP, Global Growth Marketing, this leader will serve as a key partner to the Global Channel Sales Leader and play a central role in shaping how we engage, enable, and activate our global reseller ecosystem. This role does not directly own regional field channel marketing execution but works in close partnership with Field Marketing and regional Channel leaders to influence plans, align priorities, and ensure global consistency. The Senior Director will drive global program strategy, oversee the global channel marketing budget, and lead key initiatives that accelerate partner engagement and pipeline impact. The ideal candidate is a strategic architect and operational leader who can design scalable global frameworks while influencing cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution excellence across theaters.
