Location: The Head of Marketing Metallics is a remote position, with preference given to candidates in Sheboygan Falls, WI, Tamaqua, PA, Carlsbad and San Jose, CA, and Chandler/Tempe, AZ areas. There will be up to 25% domestic and international travel required to meet business needs. Your Role: The Metallics Marketing Director is responsible for leading the Metallics Marketing Team in the Thin Films business unit. The primary focus of this role is to serve as the commercial lead to manage the Metallics product portfolio and NPI pipeline, achieve business objectives for revenue, profitability, and market share for the Metallics business. Strong interpersonal, commercial, and technical skills are required for success in this marketing leadership role. The position requires the ability to effectively work across a matrix of business functions that support the Metallics business. This position is accountable for the following:

Pay range for this position: $170,000 - $200,000 The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
