Location :: MA/Fully Remote (3 days Onsite in a week Boston MA) Client Name : Grand Circle Corporation(GCC) Key Responsibilities: Lead a team across digital channels with a Focus on Video consisting of Behavioral Emails, Inside Scoop & Solo Newsletter (Our weekly Newsletter with Harriet Lewis as Spokesperson) Make material recommendations to Senior Operating Management with forecasted outcomes based on performance results and analyses performed. Measure the results of actions taken to determine whether the forecasted impact is being achieved, and make read/react recommendations. Manage weekly reporting & simple summarization of performance results across channels vs goals/plans and historical time periods. Top Experience Necessary: Demonstrated leadership of teams and performance management Background in making recommendations to Senior Operating Management with demonstrated outcomes Producing simple summary of performance results to Sr Operating Management 5+ years Digital Data, Video and Analysis experience Customer segmentation background with significant substance Working knowledge of Tableau and Adobe Flexible WFH options. Should be located in or around the Greater New England area to work from the office upon request Ideal to have but not necessary: Consumer Marketing A/B Test experience Experience in Travel/Hospitality industry | |
