Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Vice President of Performance Marketing to lead and unify our marketing functions. This person will be responsible for setting the overarching marketing vision, driving profitable growth, and ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all channels. The Senior Vice President of Performance Marketing will serve as a key member of the leadership team, partnering closely with founders and cross-functional leaders to scale the business, deepen customer connection, and maximize impact across the full marketing funnel. Compensation Compensation for the role will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience. The estimated annual compensation for this role is $200,000+; classified as full-time exempt and not eligible for overtime.
