The Opportunity Responsible for developing and supporting the execution and innovative strategies for member deepening/product growth, engagement, and retention based on data driven insights. Responsible for the development of leading-edge research/insights capabilities that create marketing plans to deepen member relationships with USAA. This executive will influence digital product management (in tandem with LOB digital leads) which includes all experience and interaction platforms (mobile, .com, enterprise workflow, enterprise knowledge management) and conversational and personalization platforms (IVR, chat, messaging, virtual assistants, MarTech, etc.) with the goal of enabling agile expansion/integration into external ecosystems. Accountable for managing high-performing teams, utilizing data-driven insights, collaborating cross-functionally, overseeing and optimizing marketing budget allocations, and driving initiatives for enhanced member engagement. What we offer: Salary: The salary range for this position is: $224,250.00 - $403,650.00 Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors. Long Term Incentive Plan: Cash payment for Executive level roles only, representing a cash payment which is both time and performance based.
