Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Ability to think strategically, and understand how to grow brand, volume, and market share across multiple hospitals. • Must have experience and hands-on working knowledge of marketing, branding, advertising, and digital platforms; self-starter with integrated marketing skill set and ability to implement initiatives in a strategic manner with minimal supervision. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization, display emotional intelligence, and effectively interface with a wide range of people from hospital CEO and senior executive management to physicians and front-line clinical and non-clinical personnel. • Ability to analyze business data, effectively measure and monitor KPI's, create and execute annual business and marketing plans. • Strong organizational skills, must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment, excel under tight deadlines. Strong project management experience with a results-oriented focus and attention to detail. Education: • Bachelor's [Required]• Master's [Preferred] Work Experience: • 10+ years experience and proven track record in strategic and integrated marketing planning, project management and market analysis. [Required]• 5+ years proven management experience required. [Required]• Experience in budget management. [Required]• Previous experience within healthcare industry preferred.
