(*in collaboration with AbbVie) About the Role: Our dynamic team is seeking a Principal Scientist with demonstrated pharmaceutical industry experience in designing, troubleshooting and executing SPR and BLI studies to drive our early antibody, peptide and small molecule discovery programs. A successful candidate will have a record of leading a team and successfully delivering decision making biophysics and kinetic data characterizing protein and small molecules to drive hit to lead and development candidate selection. Must have experience across complex formats including transmembrane and cellular systems. The successful individual will work in a cross-functional setting to design strategy and workflows to deliver robust and high-quality decision-making data. This lead-from-the-bench position requires exceptional scientific, technical and laboratory skills, strong organizational and communications skills, and enthusiasm in contributing to a fast-paced organization focused on discoveries of novel and differentiated therapeutic candidates. The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $130,800.00-$179,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.
