Join us as Senior Director, Marketing for the Fasenra HCP Marking Team in Wilmington, where you will play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients' lives. This role requires a strong ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, lead others, problem solve, influence, and collaborate in both scientific and commercial contexts. As the largest brand in the BBU in 2026, the continued growth of Fasenra is critical to the success of the US business overall. In this role, you will lead a team of ~5 marketers focused on all aspects of HCP marketing. Working closely with Global Marketing team, you and your team will be creating critical commercial deliverables including creative campaign, core messaging platforms, managing all aspects of the speakers bureau, major medical congresses across both Allergy and Pulmonology, and providing the sales teams with CVAs and core selling directions and assets. This role requires substantial HCP marketing, sales, and access experience. To succeed you will need to demonstrate a strong ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, lead others, solve problems, influence and collaborate in both scientific and commercial contexts. The annual base pay for this position ranges from $231,988.80 - $347,983.20 USD Annual and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program. Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
