The Director of Marketing Measurement Strategy & Implementation is responsible for developing and operationalizing marketing measurement as a core strategic capability that drives marketing's direction and investment decisions. This role sits within the Microsoft Advertising (MSA) Marketing Strategy, Growth & Operations team and defines how Marketing not only understands impact but also implements measurement systems that connect marketing activities to tangible business outcomes. By leading the formulation of measurement strategies, overseeing the implementation of supporting technology and operations, and ensuring insights are trusted and actionable, this role empowers Marketing to function with clarity, accountability, and influence as a growth engine. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
