The Sr Director, Marketing PR & Communications is a key member of our Corporate Communications team and the enterprise owner of PR and communications strategy for T-Mobile's brands, products, services, innovation, and end-to-end customer experiences. This leader sets strategic direction, governs execution, and oversees executive communications, media relations, and proactive storytelling that shape market perception, customer trust, and enterprise reputation. Serving as the senior advisor to Marketing, Strategy, and Products leadership, this leader will define narrative frameworks, executive positioning, and media priorities, with decisions that have company-wide impact across T-Mobile's primary revenue-driving brands and customer relationships. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
