The Role As Global Head of Marketing, you will be a member of the Executive Team and report directly to the CEO. You will inherit an established marketing organization with corporate, industry and talent marketing capabilities. Your mandate is to integrate, strengthen, and scale this structure into a cohesive Growth & Positioning Engine. While our delivery credibility is high, our positioning, vertical narrative, and demand generation discipline must now operate at the same level of maturity. This role combines strategic leadership with operational discipline. We expect you to act as a market visionary - shaping how the market perceives us, influencing how we compete, and ensuring marketing materially contributes to our revenue growth, and transformation aspirations.
