Under the general direction of the CEO and consistent with the Christian mission of the YMCA, the VP of
Financial Development and Marketing is responsible for building the community's understanding of the YMCA's cause and impact and developing and implementing effective fundraising, marketing, communication and outreach goals. This job will position the YMCA as a "charity of choice" for the investment of donations within the local community and be responsible for building the community's understanding of the YMCA's cause and impact.
