In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the profitability of the mortgage pipeline, execute sophisticated hedging and trading, and lead a high-performing team. You will be the primary architect of our "best execution" strategies, ensuring that our secondary market activities are optimized for growth in a dynamic economic landscape.
