The Role The Director, Performance & Growth Marketing will lead Metagenics' paid media strategy across the full funnel, driving both brand visibility and measurable business growth. They will oversee cross-channel planning, investment, and optimization (spanning awareness, paid social, search, programmatic, and influencer amplification) while partnering closely with Brand, Creative, Site, CRM, and our Amazon team to ensure every media dollar works harder. This leader will own key performance metrics, build a strong testing and learning roadmap, translate data into clear insights for senior leadership, and guide our agency's day-to-day performance. They will champion data driven decision making, strengthen platform best practices across teams, and help shape how we shift investment as consumer behavior evolves. Compensation The current range for this hybrid position ( 3 days/week in-office) based out of Jersey City, NJ is $180,000- $205,000/yr. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
