About the Role: Wing is looking for a Head of Performance Marketingto join our Marketing & Communications team. This role is hybrid based in Palo Alto, CA. This senior leadership position requires a strategic powerhouse to architect and execute a high-performance growth engine that scales Wing's drone delivery services across B2B and B2C sectors. You will lead the transition from experimental spend to high-efficiency, data-driven customer acquisition, balancing rigorous performance metrics with a sophisticated understanding of how brand health fuels the bottom line. As a cross-functional collaborator, you will integrate performance marketing into the broader brand ecosystem, ensuring every dollar spent not only drives immediate sales but also reinforces our position as the global leader in fast, residential delivery. The US base salary range for this full-time position is the salary range below + bonus + equity + benefits. Wing's salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
