The role We are looking for someone to own how Walrus is explained. The core of the role is defining and sharpening our narrative; distribution (content, social, events, analysts) follows from that. In addition, you will be our first marketing hire, and will build the function. Working directly with the founders, you will shape how we describe the category, the problem, and the product. This is a hands-on, product marketing role. You will not be managing a large team or coordinating agencies. You will start out by doing the work as a team of one. You should expect to take a half-formed idea in the morning and turn it into something clear and usable by the end of the day. You will:
