About this role:
Wells Fargo's Consumer Banking and Lending's Marketing Science organization is seeking a talented and experienced Analytics Director to lead the Marketing Leads Team in support of audience creation and campaign execution across a broad portfolio of marketing programs and partner-specific targeting needs. In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team that develops execution-ready campaign lists and audiences with strong documentation, quality assurance, and operational rigor. You will oversee the team's work across list development, promotion history maintenance, executional documentation, and quality assurance support, while improving how audience requirements are translated into build-ready outputs earlier in the campaign process. This leader will play a key role in reducing handoffs and preventable rework, strengthening controls and documentation standards, and establishing more consistent operating routines across the organization.
