Your Opportunity Leapsome is looking for a Head of Growth & Lifecycle to architect and lead the engine behind our next stage of global expansion. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will join the Marketing Leadership Team to own the strategy and execution of our high-stakes demand engine. Today 95% of revenue is marketing led, and we're looking for the leader to continue to lead and scale the function accountable for Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs), qualified pipeline, and customer expansion revenue. We are looking for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader based in NYC who wants to build a modern, AI-augmented growth engine to unlock our next phase of maturity. As we evolve from a people enablement tool to a comprehensive HR platform, your mission is to transform our buyer journey into a scalable, high-velocity machine. You are a high-output, low-ego operator who leads with clarity, urgency, and empathy. You possess thehigh agency required to materially shift the growth trajectory of a category-defining company across North America and EMEA. You aren't just an observer of the AI revolution; you are bullish on its potential to enhance human creativity and efficiency. You are constantly researching and experimenting with new ways to integrate technology-from autonomous workflows and predictive lead scoring to intent-driven prospecting-to drive superior, self-optimizing results. This is a unique opportunity to shape global strategy while staying close to the execution of our demand engine across North America and EMEA. You will bridge the gap between initial acquisition and long-term customer retention, ensuring our marketing tactics match our expanding vision as a comprehensive HR platform. Expected Compensation: $ 180.000 to $ 200.000 + Bonus + VSOP For compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. We share base salary ranges on all US job advertisements to comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates. This role will be eligible for additional compensation through bonuses and stock options.
