As we continue to grow, we are looking for a VP of Marketing to lead the next phase of the company's marketing evolution - strengthening our brand, scaling customer acquisition, improving retention, and building the systems and team needed for long-term growth. About the Role We're looking for a VP of Marketing to own Mood's overall marketing strategy across brand, growth, acquisition, retention, and analytics. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can operate as both a strategist and builder. You will be responsible for developing the company's go-to-market and customer growth strategy, leading a high-performing marketing function, and ensuring that performance marketing, brand development, lifecycle, and analytics work together as one coherent system. Because Mood operates in a trust-sensitive and regulated environment, we are especially interested in candidates who have experience in regulated industries, healthcare, telehealth, or other categories where compliance, nuance, and brand credibility matter.
