The full Pay Range is $135,100.00 - $250,600.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE: As the Director, Marketing Operational Excellence, you'll play a critical role in shaping how marketing operates at scale across BECU-bringing clarity, consistency, and efficiency to complex, enterprise-wide marketing processes. In this role, you'll drive operational excellence by streamlining workflows, strengthening compliance, and creating capacity models that enable teams to deliver high-quality work faster and smarter. Your leadership will directly improve how marketing partners across the organization, ensuring efforts are aligned, compliant, and built to grow with the business.
