Job Description
General Summary: Vertex is seeking to hire an Associate Director (AD), Marketing Science to join the North America Forecasting, Analytics & Insights team in the Commercial organization. The AD will be responsible for delivering commercial insights to inform strategic choices and commercialization decisions related to Vertex's type 1 diabetes disease assets, including zimislecel for T1D patients who suffer from hypoglycemia, and other pipeline assets and disease areas (e.g. myotonic dystrophy type 1). As a member of North America Commercial, and a partner to Global Commercial, the AD will maintain a pulse on critical business questions, and formulate and execute an insights plan (involving either primary market research and/or data analytics) to answer them. Pay Range: $157,800 - $236,600 Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
