We're currently seeking a Head of Growth Marketing at Marco Polo. This role is primarily focused on Marco Polo Circles - a new, fast growing offering from Marco Polo that matches people based on life stage and interests, helping them build real friendships through video messages on their own schedule. This is a rare opportunity to own growth end-to-end for a product that is genuinely changing how people make friends - and to do it at a profitable, purpose-driven consumer company. We're looking for a seasoned, hands-on leader who can both set the strategy and roll up their sleeves - someone who has grown consumer apps and treats AI not as a tool but as a fundamental shift in how great marketing gets done.
