Position Overview
The Director, Product Marketing is responsible for defining and executing the product marketing strategy for the International® brand commercial truck & bus portfolio. This executive leadership role drives market strategy, product positioning, lifecycle marketing, and go-to-market execution across all commercial segments, including long-haul, regional haul, vocational, severe-service, bus, and service solutions applications. The individual will lead the product marketing organization and works closely with executive leadership across Commercial Market Planning, R&D/Product Development, Sales, Brand & Marketing Communications, Customer Solutions, Dealer Network Development, and Finance to ensure alignment between product strategy, customer needs, and revenue growth objectives. This role owns the strategic narrative for International trucks in the marketplace and ensures the company delivers differentiated value to fleets, owner-operators, leasing companies, and vocational customers. The Director, Product Marketing is accountable for translating market insights, Voice of Customer, competitive intelligence, and industry trends into actionable strategies that drive market share growth, customer loyalty, and long-term profitability.
