ABOUT THIS ROLE We're seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Head of Growth Marketing to lead Xe's global growth marketing function. This is a key leadership role within the Growth organization, responsible for driving scalable customer acquisition and lifecycle value across B2C and B2B segments. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will oversee paid media, lifecycle marketing, affiliate & influencer marketing, SEO/content, and social media. You will also work closely with product and reginal growth teams to deliver against ambitious global growth targets. You'll be at the center of our growth transformation, shaping strategy, building new capabilities, and driving measurable impact on revenue and customer experience. With high visibility across the organization and direct influence on executive decision-making, you'll play a key role in defining how we go to market, how we grow, and how we scale. XE offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated pay for this (Salary Exempt or Non-exempt hourly rate) role ranges from ($160,000USD to $185,000USD). Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
